An opportunity is now available for a proven, high performing Sales Consultant to step into a role with genuine scale, support, and earning potential.

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full residential sales lifecycle while continuing to grow your personal brand within a well supported, high performing office.
Prospecting, listing, and selling residential properties within the local area
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline through consistent market engagement
Conducting appraisals, listing presentations, and buyer meetings
Managing negotiations and driving transactions through to settlement
Delivering a high standard of service to vendors and buyers
Leveraging administrative and marketing support to maximise efficiency
Working closely with in house finance brokers to support client outcomes
Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales documentation
Representing the business professionally at all times
Committing to Saturday work and after hours appointments as required
Proven track record in residential real estate sales
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or equivalent, or full licence
Current police check
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
High level of self motivation, discipline, and professionalism
