Our client is a highly regarded custom home builder, known for delivering architecturally designed, high-end homes across Geelong and Ocean Grove. With a strong pipeline of work and beautifully presented display homes, they are now seeking a personable and professional Display Host / Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective clients.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has a natural sales mindset, and takes pride in representing a premium brand.
As a Display Host / Sales Associate, you will:
Welcome and engage visitors to display homes in a warm, professional manner
Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their building goals
Provide high-level information on designs, inclusions, build processes and customisation options
Qualify leads and accurately capture client details
Support the sales team by booking appointments and following up enquiries
Ensure display homes are presented to an exceptional standard at all times
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, real estate, interiors or property (building industry exposure highly regarded)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A polished, well-presented and professional approach
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence speaking with high-end clientele
Availability to work weekends (essential)
