Woods & Co are partnering with a growing, market-leading business to find a driven B2B Sales Executive. This is a hands-on, target-driven role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, owning the full sales cycle and being rewarded for performance.
$80,000 - $100,000 + Super + Uncapped commission (OTE Yr 1 - $150k, Yr 2 - $200k YR 3 - $250k +)

Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and enterprise clients
Identify client needs and present tailored solutions
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
Previous experience in B2B sales (phone-based or face-to-face)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A confident, resilient and commercially minded approach
Ability to manage objections and work towards targets
High level of self-motivation and accountability
CRM experience is advantageous but not essential
