Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a well established real estate agency in Melbourne’s Eastern Sububs to recruit an experienced Property Manager. About the Role

You will manage a residential portfolio end to end, with direct access to the Director for support and decision making. The business has clear processes in place, a collaborative team environment, and a focus on long term relationships with rental providers and renters.

This is a hands on role where you will be trusted to manage your portfolio while being backed by structure, systems, and leadership that want you to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• End to end management of a residential property portfolio

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters

• Coordinating repairs and maintenance, including liaising with contractors

• Managing rent collection, arrears, and follow ups

• Conducting routine inspections, condition reports, and final inspections

• Managing lease renewals and rental reviews

• Ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation

• Handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation within property management systems

• Working closely with the Director and wider team to ensure smooth operations

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management

• Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Confident managing a portfolio independently

• Professional, calm, and solutions focused approach

• Current Certificate of Registration or equivalent

• Full Australian working rights
