Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a well established real estate agency in Melbourne’s Eastern Sububs to recruit an experienced Property Manager. This position suits a Property Manager who enjoys the profession, takes pride in delivering great service, and is ready for a role where they feel supported rather than stretched.
You will manage a residential portfolio end to end, with direct access to the Director for support and decision making. The business has clear processes in place, a collaborative team environment, and a focus on long term relationships with rental providers and renters.
This is a hands on role where you will be trusted to manage your portfolio while being backed by structure, systems, and leadership that want you to succeed.
End to end management of a residential property portfolio
Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters
Coordinating repairs and maintenance, including liaising with contractors
Managing rent collection, arrears, and follow ups
Conducting routine inspections, condition reports, and final inspections
Managing lease renewals and rental reviews
Ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation
Handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
Maintaining accurate records and documentation within property management systems
Working closely with the Director and wider team to ensure smooth operations
Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident managing a portfolio independently
Professional, calm, and solutions focused approach
Current Certificate of Registration or equivalent
