Immerse yourself in one of Melbourne’s premier event spaces. As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering bar operations across a diverse range of events, from corporate functions to large-scale live music events. You will be hands-on, service-driven and confident leading teams in fast-paced environments.
The venue spans 6,000 sqm of indoor and outdoor event space, offering unrivalled scale and flexibility. You will oversee bar setup, service delivery and pack-down, ensuring compliance, efficiency and outstanding guest experience at every touchpoint. Working closely with the Venue Manager, Event Managers and operations team, you’ll ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.

What do you do?
Supervise bar operations during events.
Lead, support and motivate bar staff on shift.
Ensure RSA compliance and responsible service standards.
Manage stock, equipment and bar setup requirements.
Maintain presentation, cleanliness and service standards.
Liaise with event and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
What do you need?
3+ years experience in bars, events or hospitality leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of beverage service and RSA compliance.
Confident leadership style with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and peak event periods.
