What will you do?

• Support Consultants and the Managing Consultant to improve recruitment speed and quality

• Build and maintain candidate pools, folders and keep candidates warm

• Conduct candidate searches using Seek Premium Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Complete elements of the Woods & Co 8-Step Recruitment Process

• Ensure all activity is accurately recorded in Bullhorn

• Provide weekly WIP updates and submit at least one top candidate per week

• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

• Excellent communication and organisation skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships

• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership

• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with clear KPI expectations
