Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing company within the residential construction space looking to build out their internal marketing function. Known for working on high-end residential builds across Melbourne’s east, the business has recently undergone a full rebrand and is now ready to bring more of their marketing in-house after relying on external agencies. With a strong focus on video, brand elevation and long-term growth, this is a newly created, highly autonomous role working directly with the Director and sales team.

What will you do?

• Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy

• Lead social media strategy and content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok

• Drive video content planning, production and rollout

• Elevate brand presence within the residential construction market

• Manage external partners where required while keeping execution in-house

• Support sales activity with aligned marketing initiatives

• Oversee print media and more traditional marketing channels

What do you need?

• Experience across social media marketing and marketing strategy

• Proven runs on the board with social media growth and content performance

• Strong video and or graphic design capability, or experience managing these functions

• Ability to operate autonomously and take full ownership

• A holistic view of marketing across digital and offline channels

• Construction or residential building exposure is huge a bonus

• Experience working with larger residential builders is highly regarded

• Comfortable working closely with directors and senior stakeholders
