A leading volume residential home builder is seeking an experienced House & Land Coordinator to join their high-performing team. This role plays a key part in supporting sales outcomes by efficiently coordinating high-volume house and land packages across greenfield projects.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a large pipeline of house and land packages, working closely with sales consultants, developers, and internal teams to ensure packages are accurate, compliant, and ready for sale. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on structure, deadlines, and volume.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate high-volume house and land packages across multiple estates
Liaise with developers, land agents, and sales teams regarding lot availability and pricing
Prepare siting plans, package pricing, and supporting documentation
Ensure compliance with estate design guidelines, covenants, and planning requirements
Manage package approvals and updates in line with land releases
Maintain accurate CRM and system records
Respond to sales and client queries in a timely manner
About You
Proven experience in a property/real estate or volume residential builder
Strong understanding of house and land packages, estates, and developer processes
Ability to manage high volumes with accuracy and efficiency
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and compliance
Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with CRM and construction management systems highly regarded
