Woods & Co are partnering with a growing, market-leading business to find a driven Business Development Manager in the B2B space. This is a hands-on, target-driven role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, owning the full sales cycle and being rewarded for performance.

• $80,000 - $100,000 + Super + Uncapped commission (OTE Yr 1 - $150k, Yr 2 - $200k YR 3 - $250k +)

What do you do?

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Deliver tailored energy solutions that help businesses manage costs and efficiency.

• Collaborate with the C&I team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

What do you need?

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within energy, utilities, or commercial services.

• Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.

• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

• Commercially minded and self-motivated.
