Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a premium and well established menswear brand based in Richmond, specialising in custom made to measure suiting. This business is known for its craftsmanship, attention to detail, and highly personalised client experience. Every suit is individually designed and fitted, with a strong focus on quality, longevity, and building long-term client relationships.

As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced Fitting Consultant to own the final stages of the client journey, delivering expert fittings, advising on fit and construction, and confidently closing the sale.

What you will be doing:

• Leading detailed fitting consultations and taking precise measurements
• Advising clients on fit, structure, fabrics, and garment construction
• Managing second and final fittings to ensure a premium outcome
• Closing the sale and finalising garment selections
• Recommending accessories and additional pieces where appropriate
• Delivering a polished end-to-end client experience

What you need:

• Experience as a Fitter, Fitting Consultant, Tailoring Consultant, or within luxury menswear
• Proven ability to confidently close high-value sales
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, appointment-driven showroom, bringing a high-energy and proactive approach
• Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and professionalism
• Calm, confident communication style while managing multiple clients
• Custom or made-to-measure suiting knowledge is highly regarded (not essential)
• Performance-driven mindset with an interest in long-term progression
