Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with an iconic Melbourne hospitality venue nestled right on Collins Street, renowned for its modern Southeast Asian gastronomy, vibrant cocktail culture and versatile event spaces that bring people together from lunch through late night in the heart of the CBD.

This buzzing bar, restaurant and function destination is looking for a sharp Marketing Manager to lead strategy, oversee agency partnerships and drive campaigns that amplify the brand experience across dining, events and nightlife.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement marketing plans that drive visitation, engagement and revenue
• Manage and nurture relationships with creative, digital and PR agencies
• Oversee campaign execution across social media, email, website and offline channels
• Analyse performance and insights to optimise campaigns and inform strategy
• Collaborate with events, operations and culinary teams to amplify offerings
• Lead content planning, calendars and storytelling that resonates with key audiences
• Ensure consistent brand standards across all touchpoints

What do you need?

• Proven experience in marketing roles ideally within the hospitality sector
• Strong campaign planning and project management skills
• Confidence managing agency relationships and external partners
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability
• Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics
• A collaborative spirit and appetite for fast-moving environments
• Bonus experience in social media strategy, hospitality campaigns or CRM
