Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established National house and land and townhouse builder to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of medium-density residential projects across metro Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable builder with a strong project pipeline and well-structured construction systems.

About the Role

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of medium-density townhouse developments

• Plan and manage construction programmes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and subcontractors on site

• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance with relevant building codes

• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality checks throughout the build

• Work closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers, and head office teams

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor within townhouse or medium-density residential construction

• Strong knowledge of residential building practices, sequencing, and services coordination

• Confident managing multiple dwellings and fast-paced build programmes

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Trade qualification or formal building qualification highly regarded
