Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a well-established premium home and lifestyle retail brand to recruit an experienced Concession Store Manager for their Chatswood location. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing concession, driving sales, team engagement, and a consistently elevated customer experience within a department store environment.

• Full-time, 38 hours per week
• Tuesday-Saturday roster

What you'll do:

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store budgets and KPIs
• Coach, develop, and succession plan your team to set them up for long-term success
• Execute and maintain high visual merchandising standards with strong commercial awareness
• Manage stock flow, inventory, and operational priorities efficiently
• Provide consistent feedback and hands-on coaching to drive performance
• Analyse business reports and make informed commercial decisions that drive results
• Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture through strong leadership

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a concession and/or fast-paced retail environment
• Confidence working autonomously and taking full ownership of store performance
• Strong people leadership skills with a coaching-led approach
• Commercially minded, proactive, and results-driven
• Experience in fashion and homewares highly regarded
