Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a well established real estate business to recruit a Property Manager in Glenroy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional or someone new to the industry, with full support, a collaborative team culture, and the chance to focus on what you do best which is managing property portfolios and delivering exceptional service.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a clean and compliant property management portfolio
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with the rental team in a collaborative, energetic environment
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legislation
• Focus solely on property management – no leasing, listing, or open homes required
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal processes

What we’re looking for:

• Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Valid driver’s licence
• Property management experience is ideal, but not essential – we’ll support new professionals
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and results focused
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full Australian working rights
