Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a well-established, high-end residential landscaping company servicing Melbourne’s Bayside and Mornington Peninsula suburbs. The business specialises in premium garden maintenance for discerning clients, delivering exceptional horticultural care and attention to detail across some of Melbourne’s finest properties.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Qualified Gardener to join their maintenance division. This role is suited to a motivated professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading a small team in a supportive, quality-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing

• High-end residential garden maintenance including pruning, hedging, and lawn care
• Monitoring plant health and applying sound horticultural practices
• Leading and mentoring apprentices on site
• Client interaction and maintaining exceptional presentation standards
• Organising daily workloads and ensuring quality outcomes

What we’re looking for

• Certificate III in Parks & Gardens (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in residential garden maintenance
• Strong horticultural knowledge and attention to detail
• Manual Drivers License
• Ability to lead and support apprentices
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
