Due to continued growth, we are seeking a hands-on Production Assistant to join their team in Melbourne’s south-east. This role is ideal for someone practical and reliable who enjoys working in a busy production and warehouse environment with a great team culture.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with the assembly of beverage and dispensing equipment

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch

• Conducting basic quality checks on finished products

• Operating hand tools and assisting with light manufacturing tasks

• Receiving stock and assisting with inventory management

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in warehouse, assembly, or production is preferred

• Practical mindset and confidence using hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude

• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
