With strong demand across corporate functions, private events and team building experiences, this is a key growth hire for the business. We are looking to speak with commercially minded event sales professionals who love building relationships, closing deals and delivering exceptional client experiences.

What you’ll do:
- Manage end to end corporate functions, private events and team building days
- Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Proactively generate new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct client meetings and site inspections
- Prepare tailored proposals, packages and pricing structures
- Negotiate contracts and consistently achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers for flawless delivery
- Oversee event execution to ensure outstanding client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and activity tracking through CRM
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in event sales, event management or hospitality sales
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience delivering corporate functions and private events
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, on site environment
- Confidence negotiating and closing high value bookings
- Experience using CRM and event management systems
- Hospitality background highly regarded
