Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a fast growing corporate hospitality and events business known for delivering high energy venue experiences, strong group bookings and a clear focus on commercial performance across the Melbourne CBD and Inner City Suburbs. With an existing venue already operating and another launch planned later this year, this role will take ownership of demand generation, bookings growth and revenue performance across the portfolio.
This is a hands on
Marketing Manager position suited to someone commercially sharp, autonomous in their thinking and confident executing strategy end to end within a fast paced hospitality or entertainment environment.

What will you do?
- Own marketing strategy and execution across all venues
- Drive weekly and monthly revenue through bookings and utilisation
- Plan and deliver campaigns aligned to trading calendar and peak periods
- Manage paid, owned and earned channels including Meta, email, partnerships and social
- Support private events, group bookings and corporate demand generation
- Optimise marketing automations, workflows and customer journeys
- Oversee agencies, freelancers or support resources where required
What do you need?
- Proven marketing experience within hospitality, entertainment, leisure or competitive social venues
- Strong commercial mindset with confidence being measured on revenue and ROI
- Ability to work autonomously while remaining hands on in execution
- Experience improving utilisation, yield and cost per acquisition
- Clear understanding of how marketing performance links to P and L outcomes
- Confidence challenging ideas and prioritising initiatives that drive bookings
- High energy, calm under pressure and comfortable operating in fast paced venues
