Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a well established property business in Collingwood to recruit a proactive and results driven Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, getting out in the field and generating high-value leads. What you’ll do:

• Actively generate and develop new business opportunities in the property sector
• Attend open homes, network with potential clients, and build relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and convert them into clients
• Manage and track business development activities to meet KPIs and revenue targets
• Represent the business professionally at all client touchpoints
• Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive lead generation
• Provide ongoing feedback and market insights to improve strategies and offerings
• Support senior leadership in growing the business pipeline and long term relationships

What we’re looking for:

• Agent’s Representative Certificate is essential
• Proven Business Development experience
• Highly proactive, results driven, and self motivated
• Confident getting out in the field and building relationships in person
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude with a “can do” approach and resilience in a fast paced environment
• Full Australian working rights
