Woods & Co Recruitment is growing — and we’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused Recruitment Coordinator to support our fast-paced property, development and corporate recruitment team.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our recruitment processes running smoothly while working closely with experienced consultants and some of the most recognised businesses across property, construction and professional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating candidate interviews, meetings and recruitment logistics
• Formatting CVs, preparing candidate packs and managing database updates
• Supporting job advertising, LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement
• Managing CRM systems, compliance documentation and reporting
• Acting as a key communication link between candidates, consultants and clients

About You

• Previous administration, coordination or recruitment support experience preferred
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
