Casual Retail Assistant - Myer + David Jones

Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a national premium retail service agency delivering Visual Merchandising and Brand Representative programs across Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking confident, fashion-focused retail professionals to represent premium brands such as Armani and Lacoste within Myer Highpoint.

This role focuses on brand representation, premium visual merchandising, and delivering a high-end customer experience in a department store environment.

What do you do?
• Act as the in-store Brand Representative
• Execute visual merchandising to brand standards
• Maintain high product presentation
• Replenish stock and manage displays
• Engage confidently with customers
• Support launches, activations, and seasonal updates
• Capture imagery and report store insights

What do you need?
• Retail, VM, or brand representation experience
• Confidence working independently
• Strong personal presentation
• Interest in premium fashion brands
• Weekend availability
• Reliable and consistent availability
