What you’ll do:
Lead and mentor a team of technical specialists to deliver enterprise e-commerce managed services on time, within budget, and to agreed service levels.
Act as the primary escalation point for major customer issues while managing stakeholder communication and supporting pre-sales and account growth initiatives.
Oversee the configuration, support, and optimisation of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, cloud platforms, databases, and application environments.
Drive operational excellence through release management, change control, performance tuning, documentation, and continuous service improvement.
Contribute to financial and strategic outcomes by developing costing models, managing managed services expenses, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience leading technical or managed services teams within enterprise environments, ideally across e-commerce, cloud, or infrastructure platforms.
Strong hands-on technical capability spanning servers, virtualization, cloud (e.g., Azure), Linux administration, databases, and application support.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted escalation point for enterprise customers.
Commercially minded and operationally driven, with experience improving service performance, managing costs, and identifying growth opportunities.
Proactive, adaptable leader with a collaborative mindset, strong documentation discipline, and a passion for continuous improvement and team development.
