The successful candidate will be eager to learn new skills, enthusiastic to immerse themselves in a business and may be currently studying (university or TAFE) with a Business or Administrative focus.

Although, more importantly, they will be a natural people's person who has experience in sales or an eagerness to learn to sell. Other key criteria include a high level of organisation, motivation, and a desire to grow a career within our dynamic organisation.

What do you do?

• Aid in business administration

• Rostering of temporary staff

• Data entry/reporting

• Candidate interviews

• Candidate care

• Attend meetings with other members of the team to expand your skillset and employability
  

• Ability to communicate professionally with the team and candidates

• An interest in business, or one of the 5 industries we specialise in

• A drive to succeed and converse with people you have not yet met

• Ambitious, motivated, and keen to grow within the organisation
