A leading commercial property advisory business is seeking a Senior Analyst to support high-value retail investment transactions across Australia. Working closely with senior Partners, this role blends financial analysis, research, client engagement and marketing support ideal for someone commercially sharp who enjoys both analytical work and front-end deal exposure.

This is a career-building opportunity offering exposure to institutional-grade retail assets including shopping centres, supermarkets and large-format retail investments.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role supporting transaction activity, preparing investment analysis, developing marketing collateral and assisting Partners in securing new business opportunities. The role offers strong client exposure and involvement in property inspections, buyer engagement and deal support.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial analysis, due diligence and cashflow modelling for retail assets
• Prepare institutional-grade marketing materials and sales reporting
• Research market trends, economic drivers and investment insights
• Support client engagement, inspections and transaction processes
• Assist Partners with business development, submissions and reporting

• Experience in commercial property, investment analysis or advisory
• Strong financial modelling, research and analytical capability
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, curious and confident working in a fast-paced environment
