What do you do?
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
Act as the primary escalation point for HNW and UHNW client enquiries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard.
Collaborate with advisers, planners, and internal stakeholders to coordinate bespoke solutions for clients.
Drive operational improvements and implement service initiatives to enhance client experience.
Provide strategic input into client service policies and procedures, ensuring they align with business goals.
What do you need?
Demonstrated leadership experience in private wealth or financial services, preferably supporting HNW and UHNW clients.
Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Strong operational and process management expertise, with a track record of improving service efficiency.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Sound understanding of wealth management products, platforms, and compliance obligations.
