Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scaffold Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations across multiple residential building sites throughout Melbourne.

This role is ideal for someone with strong residential site supervision experience who understands build sequencing, structural stages and the coordination required to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. A scaffolding background is welcomed but not essential — what matters most is proven site leadership and construction knowledge.

The Role

You will oversee scaffold installation, adjustments and dismantling across a portfolio of active residential builds. Working closely with Site Supervisors, Project Managers and scaffold crews, you will ensure works are delivered safely, on time and in line with construction programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise scaffold works across multiple residential sites

• Ensure all scaffold activity aligns with build sequencing and program requirements

• Maintain a strong focus on site safety and compliance

• Liaise with supervisors, trades and subcontractors

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks

• Manage scheduling to avoid delays to construction timelines

• Drive clear communication between scaffold teams and site management

About You

• Trade qualified (Carpentry or relevant building trade preferred)

• Strong experience as a Residential Site Supervisor or similar

• Solid understanding of residential construction stages and structural requirements

• Confident managing multiple sites and stakeholders

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Highly organised with a proactive approach
