This family-owned business has been thriving for 57 years and is well established and highly reputable. Located in south-east Victoria, they have a warehouse and an impressive showroom on 2 acres, and they are currently looking for a Showroom Sales Consultant to join their team.
As a Showroom Sales Consultant, your primary objective is to exceed sales targets by nurturing client relationships, showcasing exceptional product knowledge and delivering outstanding service. You will ensure that every client, including walk-in homeowners, tradespeople and builders, receives professional and personalised assistance throughout their experience.

What will you do? - Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients to become their preferred supplier, including walk-in homeowners, tradespeople and builders
- Meet and exceed set sales targets, including both new and ongoing sales
- Provide a warm and professional greeting to all showroom visitors and when on the road delivering exceptional service
- Liaise with builders, architects, interior designers, tradespeople and home renovators
- Present sales forecasts to the management team
What do you need? - Extensive knowledge of building products
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Strong rapport building and influencing skills
- Ability to stay up to date with industry trends and competitive products, with a strong focus on assisting walk-in clients, tradespeople and builders
