A leading national property developer is seeking an Assistant Development Manager to support a growing pipeline of self-storage and industrial projects across Australia. This role offers genuine exposure to the full development lifecycle, working alongside an experienced development team on projects from acquisition through to delivery.
You will play a key role supporting the delivery of multiple projects, assisting with feasibility analysis, due diligence, consultant coordination, authority approvals and construction delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their development career who is looking to gain deeper client-side experience within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Important: To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in Self Storage, Industrial, or Large Format Retail developments.
Assist with development feasibility analysis, due diligence and site investigations
Coordinate consultants, authorities and internal stakeholders across planning and delivery stages
Support planning approvals, design development and authority submissions
Assist in managing project programmes, reporting, documentation and delivery through construction
2–4 years’ experience within property development, construction or a development consultancy
Exposure to Self Storage, Industrial or Large Format Retail projects is essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
A proactive mindset and desire to build a long-term career in development
Work with a highly regarded national developer with an active project pipeline
Gain end-to-end exposure across the development lifecycle
