Woods & Co have partnered with fast-growing food ingredients and commodity trading company, committed to delivering exceptional products and service to our customers. As they expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Melbourne team and play a key role in supporting our operations and client relationships.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries and support, ensuring accurate processing of orders and pricing. Initially, this role will be remote under the direction of the founder, with a planned transition to our St Kilda Road office as operations scale.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly and support our account managers in meeting client needs.
$80,000 - $90,000 + Super

Exposure to the food ingredients industry and trading operations
Own customer queries, particularly regarding inventory availability and pricing
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Monitor forward and overdue orders daily to meet customer delivery requirements
Proactively inform customers and account managers about order status
Liaise with account managers regarding current and future stock requirements
Support Director with administrative and operational tasks
Maintain filing and administrative records
Ensure accuracy of sales orders and inventory pricing
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Proactive problem-solving approach
