Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a well established FMCG business undergoing a major brand transformation, following a recent full scale rebrand across packaging, identity and market positioning. Known for being a long standing player within the Australian snack category, the business is now focused on reconnecting with a younger audience and expanding its presence across retail and consumer channels.
This newly created
Marketing Manager position will lead the marketing function end to end, supporting a multi brand portfolio across grocery, convenience, wholesale, cinema and export channels. You’ll take ownership of brand execution, digital strategy, NPD and retail marketing initiatives, playing a key role in driving growth and modernising how the brand shows up in market.

What will you do? - Lead the rollout and execution of the new brand strategy across all channels
- Drive retail and trade marketing initiatives across grocery and key partners
- Support marketing activity across multiple brands and private label products
- Manage agency relationships across creative, branding and digital
- Oversee digital channels including website, SEO and online presence
- Lead social media strategy to better engage a younger audience
- Support NPD including product launches, packaging updates and go to market activity
- Develop sell-in toolkits and marketing collateral for retailer engagement
- Partner with sales to support range reviews and customer presentations
- Track campaign performance and optimise marketing spend and ROI
What do you need?
- Proven experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within snacks or packaged goods
- Strong background in retail and trade marketing within grocery environments
- Experience working with major Australian retailers including Coles, Woolworths, ALDI or Metcash
- Exposure to supporting sales teams with retailer presentations and range reviews
- Experience managing agencies across brand, creative or digital projects
- Solid understanding of digital marketing including SEO and website management
- Experience across NPD, product launches and go to market activity
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance and ROI
- Hands on, proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously
