About the job

A privately owned property group is seeking a Contract Administrator to support a strong pipeline of hotel and mixed-use developments across the Gold Coast. Known for delivering high-quality, design-led projects, the business has multiple hospitality developments currently in planning and delivery phases.

You will play a key role supporting the delivery of these projects, working closely with the Project Manager and wider team across procurement, contract management and financial administration from pre-construction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex, high-end hotel developments within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Manage head contracts and subcontractor agreements across multiple projects
• Prepare, assess and negotiate subcontract packages
• Administer progress claims, variations, EOTs and final accounts
• Cost tracking, forecasting and budget management
• Procurement of trades and supplier engagement
• Support tendering processes and contract award recommendations
• Maintain accurate project financial reporting and documentation
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders

About You

• 3–8+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role
• Experience across commercial, hotel, mixed-use or large-scale residential projects
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
• Proven ability to manage project costs and financial reporting
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
