Job Description

A privately owned property group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strong pipeline of hotel and mixed-use developments across the Gold Coast. Known for delivering high-quality, design-led projects, the business has multiple hospitality developments currently in planning and delivery phases.

You will take ownership of projects from design through to completion, managing all aspects of delivery across time, cost and quality. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-end hotel developments within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Manage end-to-end delivery of hotel and mixed-use developments
• Oversee design development, planning approvals and authority coordination
• Lead procurement strategy and contractor engagement
• Manage project budgets, feasibility inputs and financial performance
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Monitor construction progress, programme, risk and quality outcomes
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership
• Drive project timelines and delivery outcomes

About You

• 5–12+ years’ experience in project management within property or construction
• Proven experience delivering commercial, hotel or complex residential projects
• Strong understanding of the full development and construction lifecycle
• Commercially astute with strong financial and risk management capability
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes
• Degree in Construction Management, Property, Engineering or related discipline
