Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading adhesive compound business seeking a motivated Brand Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen market presence.

You’ll be the face of the brand, building lasting client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring standards are represented across all sales channels. This role blends strategic selling with brand advocacy to achieve revenue targets and boost customer loyalty.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and perspective clients
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions reflect brand values
• Address client enquiries, resolve issues and identify upselling opportunities
• Prepare proposals, quotes and negotiate contracts
• Conduct presentations, product demos and client meetings

What we’re looking for:

• 3 + years’ experience in sales, account management or business development
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Commercial awareness and results driven mindset
