Manage day-to-day cartage operations, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries while coordinating with carriers, drivers and internal teams
Track shipments in Cargowise and provide clear, proactive updates to clients and stakeholders
Prepare and manage all cartage documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and proper record keeping
Raise and post invoices, close out jobs efficiently and monitor job profitability
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure all operations comply with relevant transport regulations and company policies
Produce reports, track performance and provide insights to support decision-making
High school certificate (or equivalent) required; tertiary qualifications highly regarded
Demonstrated experience in cartage coordination, sales support, or a similar role within freight forwarding or logistics
Experience using Cargowise or comparable freight management systems
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and manage competing deadlines
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, carriers and internal teams
