Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a well-established and growing business within the adhesive and construction materials space, known for delivering high-quality products across commercial and residential markets. With continued growth across Australia, they are now looking to bring on a Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator to support brand activity and elevate the customer experience across multiple touchpoints.

This is a hybrid role sitting across marketing and customer support, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a hands-on role in both campaign execution and day-to-day customer engagement.

What will you do?

• Assist with the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Create and schedule content across social media and EDM platforms
• Coordinate marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters and promotional assets
• Maintain campaign calendars, timelines and internal coordination
• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries across phone, email and digital channels
• Respond to enquiries, resolve issues and escalate where required
• Process orders and support day-to-day customer operations
• Work closely with internal teams to align messaging with customer feedback

What do you need?

• 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, customer service or a similar hybrid role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail and organisation
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle enquiries professionally
• Experience with social media, email marketing tools or CMS platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
