With a strong reputation for precision, craftsmanship, and end-to-end project delivery, the business continues to expand across national retail markets.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in joinery or shop-fitting to oversee the delivery of retail fit-out projects from concept through to completion. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to manage high-profile projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing end-to-end delivery of retail fit-out and joinery projects
• Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Interpreting drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Overseeing production schedules in collaboration with the workshop
• Managing budgets, cost tracking, and procurement
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and site teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Conducting site visits and monitoring installation progress
• Managing project documentation, reporting, and compliance
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in shopfitting, joinery, or retail fit-outs (essential)
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing and installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong commercial acumen and cost control experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Trade background in cabinet making/joinery or relevant qualification (highly regarded)
