They’re seeking an organised Events Coordinator to support a range of corporate events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, manages pressure well, and can juggle multiple priorities.

What you’ll do?

• Plan and deliver a range of corporate events
• Manage end-to-end logistics including venues, suppliers, and execution
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and event workflows
• Maintain event calendar and oversee CRM communications
• Track performance and report on outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers
• Ensure brand and compliance standards are met
• Provide on-site support and post-event follow-up

What we’re looking for?

• Proven experience in events coordination, ideally in corporate settings
• Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving ability
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
• Experience managing budgets and suppliers
• Professional with a strong focus on client experience
