They’re seeking an organised
Events Coordinator to support a range of corporate events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, manages pressure well, and can juggle multiple priorities.

What you’ll do? - Plan and deliver a range of corporate events
- Manage end-to-end logistics including venues, suppliers, and execution
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and event workflows
- Maintain event calendar and oversee CRM communications
- Track performance and report on outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers
- Ensure brand and compliance standards are met
- Provide on-site support and post-event follow-up
What we’re looking for? - Proven experience in events coordination, ideally in corporate settings
- Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving ability
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
- Experience managing budgets and suppliers
- Professional with a strong focus on client experience
