Known for its playful take on modern Japanese cuisine, this venue blends izakaya-style dining with inventive cocktails and a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What do you do?

• Lead daily venue operations across dining, bar and private dining experiences.
• Champion service excellence, operational consistency and an energetic atmosphere.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team across FOH and service departments.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets and cost control.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage and events teams to elevate guest experiences.
• Support strategic planning, events execution and long-term venue growth.
• Maintain standards of hospitality, safety, cleanliness and guest engagement.

What do you need?

• Proven hospitality leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant/bar venue.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive financial performance.
• People-first leadership style with team mentoring experience.
• Exceptional communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for guest experience, creative hospitality and Melbourne’s dining scene.
• Experience in dynamic, multi-service environments preferred.
• Comfortable working late nights and weekend shifts in a vibrant venue.
