Join a high-performing, design-led property development business with a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for delivering quality across residential and mixed-use assets. This is a key support role working directly with two senior directors, offering exposure across both business operations and personal affairs.

The Role
This is a true right-hand position supporting a director, acting as a central point of coordination across their professional and personal commitments. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day runs seamlessly while also supporting broader business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex diaries, travel and scheduling for two directors across business and personal commitments
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, presentations and board-level documentation
• Assist with project-related administration across development, finance and operations
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, stakeholders and external partners
• Manage confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
• Provide ad-hoc support across both business and personal tasks

About You

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
• Background in property, construction or finance highly regarded
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable working across both business and personal responsibilities
• Polished, professional and able to operate with discretion
