Tender Presenter to join their team.
This is a key client facing role suited to a senior industry professional with proven experience presenting tenders within a volume building environment. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through the tender and pre-construction phase, ensuring a seamless and confident transition to contract.
About the Role:As the Tender Presenter, you will be responsible for delivering detailed and accurate tender presentations to clients, ensuring full transparency and alignment prior to contract signing. You will act as the final touchpoint in the sales journey, helping convert engaged clients into committed builds.
Working closely with Sales, Estimating, Drafting, and Pre-Site teams, you will ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and tailored to client expectations.
Key Responsibilities: - Present comprehensive building tenders, clearly outlining pricing, inclusions, variations, and contract details
- Build strong client relationships and confidently manage questions or objections
- Ensure all tender documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned prior to presentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow efficiently
- Manage and communicate variations, upgrades, and changes during the tender stage
- Support conversion from tender through to signed contract
- Deliver a high standard of customer experience throughout the process
About You: - Demonstrated experience as a Tender Presenter within a residential volume builder
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes, contracts, and pricing structures
- Confident and professional communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage detailed and technical conversations with clients
- High attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or risks
- Commercially astute with a focus on achieving outcomes
- Professional and customer focused approach
