We’re looking for a hands-on Account & Operations Coordinator who loves keeping things moving, clients happy, and teams aligned. • Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of client accounts
• Coordinate jobs end-to-end — quoting, production, and delivery
• Keep clients informed with clear, responsive communication
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to hit deadlines
• Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal systems
• Support senior managers by taking the reins on routine tasks

• Background in account coordination, admin, or customer service
• Print, merchandise, or branding experience a bonus
• Sharp attention to detail with strong follow-through
• Clear communicator who can juggle multiple priorities
• Proactive problem-solver with a team-first attitude
• Organised, reliable, and commercially aware
