Job Description

A well-established and expanding property development group is seeking a Development Finance Analyst to join their high-performing finance team. This role will suit someone with strong feasibility modelling capability, a commercial mindset, and a genuine interest in property development.

You’ll play a key role supporting acquisitions, evaluating project feasibility and providing financial insights that help shape investment and development decisions across a diverse residential pipeline.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior finance and development leaders, you’ll contribute across feasibility modelling, project reporting, due diligence and financial analysis. The role offers exposure across the full development lifecycle within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed feasibility models (Estate Master DF/DM)
• Conduct scenario analysis, cashflow forecasting and sensitivity testing
• Support acquisitions, joint ventures and development financial modelling
• Maintain project accounting data and ensure financial accuracy
• Prepare board papers, drawdown documentation and reporting packs
• Track project performance vs feasibility assumptions
• Collaborate with development, finance and external stakeholders
• Improve modelling templates, processes and reporting tools

• Property development, construction or real estate finance experience
• Strong Estate Master capability essential (DF/DM)
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Understanding of development feasibilities and investment analysis
• Accounting background beneficial (CA/CPA desirable)
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
