This role is focused on building strong relationships within the industry, driving adoption of a key product offering and introducing clients to a broader suite of education and workforce services over time.
This isn’t a traditional Account Manager role, it’s a relationship-first opportunity for someone who thrives on opening doors, building trusted partnerships and growing long-term client relationships.

What do you do?
- Build strong relationships with real estate agencies, employers and students across NSW.
- Use your relationships and warm leads to generate new business opportunities and referrals.
- Grow awareness and adoption of an industry-leading platform within agencies and networks.
- Provide advice to agencies and students on courses, products and workforce solutions.
- Support onboarding, account management and long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.
- Keep CRM records up to date and stay across industry trends and opportunities
What do you need?
- 3+ years’ experience in relationship-led account management or business development roles.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and how agencies operate.
- Existing industry relationships across the NSW real estate market and confidence leveraging your network.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to turn conversations into opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with warm leads and building long-term partnerships.
- A proactive and self-driven approach with strong organisation skills.
- Confidence using CRM systems and managing follow-up processes.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work closely with internal teams.
- Willingness to travel across Sydney as required.
