Account Director role will take ownership of key client relationships while driving BTL marketing activity and expanding their footprint locally.

What will you do? - Own and grow key client relationships across FMCG accounts
- Lead the day-to-day management of key projects, ensuring seamless delivery across teams
- Drive BTL marketing campaigns including promotional campaigns and brand activations
- Identify and develop partnership and promotional opportunities
- Work closely with creative teams to deliver engaging campaign concepts
- Manage stakeholder engagement across large-scale projects, including senior executives
- Collaborate with legal teams on licensing, partnerships and brand compliance
- Take ownership of campaign delivery, timelines and overall client outcomes
What do you need? - Proven experience in an Account Director or Senior Account Manager role within a marketing agency environment
- Experience delivering BTL campaigns / activations / events
- Ability to lead projects autonomously while managing and mentoring junior team members
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at a senior level
- Commercially minded with a track record of growing accounts and identifying opportunities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and articulate complex ideas
- High level of organisation, resilience and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel interstate as required
