Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a fast-growing online education provider in search of a driven sales professional to join their expanding team.

As a Sales Consultant you will be representing a brand that delivers accessible and high-quality training to learners across Australia. Working exclusively with warm inbound leads, you’ll be the key point of contact to connect students and guide them through the enrolment process from start to finish.

This is an exciting opportunity to earn uncapped commission while working in a supportive and energetic office environment that encourages collaboration, growth and success.

What do you do?

• Act as the main point of contact for prospective students.
• Engage with enquiries and action inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Provide tailored course advice and guide prospective students through the enrolment process.
• Close sales on warm leads and enrol students into online courses.
• Adhere to internal quality standards.
• Manage the CRM systems efficiently.
• Engage in high-volume daily calls whilst bringing energy, focus and a consultative approach to every conversation.

What do you need?

• Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (F2F, inbound or outbound).
• High energy, vibrant personality and the hunger to succeed in a sales environment.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume calls confidently.
• Education sales experience is a bonus, but not essential.
