Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to partner with a leading Melbourne-based custom cabinetry company in search for a Sales Consultant to join their growing team.

You’ll be working with clients who are genuinely excited about their projects, guiding them from initial concept through to final delivery. From high-end residential builds to bespoke commercial fit-outs, you’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life, working closely with designers and makers who care about the end product as much as you do.

What do you do?

• Manage inbound enquiries and warm leads across various channels.
• Conduct client consultations, showroom meetings and site visits.
• Prepare detailed quotes and guide clients through design decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, designers and homeowners.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify referral opportunities and generate new business when required.
• Stay up to date with products, materials and industry trends.

What do you need?

• 2+ years’ experience in sales within the cabinetry, interiors or construction industry.
• Confidence managing the full sales process from enquiry through to close.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience quoting and scoping projects.
• A genuine passion in design, renovations or the building space.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to winning and converting opportunities.
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with internal teams.
• Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
