Administrator / Accounts Receivable Officer to join a diligent and collaborative team.
This is a hands-on finance and administration role, supporting contract amendment processing, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Working closely with the Administration Manager, Site Supervisors, and finance team, you’ll help maintain accurate records in
Zavanti and
Simpro, ensuring invoices, job codes, and client accounts are up to date.

What you'll do: - Process CHL contract amendment requests and ensure accurate coding in Zavanti.
- Cross-check and reconcile job codes and P&L allocations across Simpro and Zavanti.
- Follow up on supporting documentation (photos, reports, compliance certificates, completion evidence) before invoicing.
- Process approved invoices and issue statements to CHL and other clients.
- Monitor debtor accounts and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Prepare and send weekly amendment reports and regular accounts receivable reports.
- Liaise with Site Supervisors, Admin, and clients to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide general support to administration and finance teams as needed.
What do you need? - Previous experience in accounts receivable, finance administration, or contract invoicing (construction or maintenance industry advantageous)
- Knowledge of job management and finance systems such as Simpro and Zavanti
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and coding
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
