Woods & Co have partnered with a leading commercial property group to appoint an Analyst into their Investments & Development Sites team in Melbourne.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, owner-operated agency with a strong national presence and reputation for specialist transactions and growth. You’ll be based at their brand-new Melbourne office and work alongside top-tier professionals, with the tools to progress your career in property investment and development.
The Role You will play a pivotal role in supporting the national team across both analysis and growth of the development sites business. You’ll be working directly with a senior partner, helping drive the division’s expansion while managing development‐site transactions. A background in property valuations and/or development sites is preferred.
Day-to-day you will: - Build detailed financial models and analyse investment and development-site data
- Conduct market research into submarkets, demographics and economic trends
- Assist with the preparation of submissions, pitches and marketing collateral
- Maintain databases and support senior partners and agents with analytics
- Liaise with clients, investors and industry professionals nationally
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for property and development. - Tertiary qualification in Property, Business, Commerce or similar
- Strong Excel and financial modelling ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Background in property valuations and/or development sites strongly preferred
- Experience in specialist investment asset classes advantageous, though not essential
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
