Woods & Co Recruitment are looking for a motivated, experienced, and commercially savvy Assistant Store Manager to join a high-performing flagship retail store, located in Chadstone.

You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to lead a passionate team, drive sales, and deliver a standout in-store experience, while developing your leadership skills for the next step in your retail career.

What do you do? - Assist the Store Manager in all areas of store operations
- Drive sales & achieve KPIs through exceptional service and team coaching
- Manage rosters, budgets, and daily store performance
- Lead by example on the shop floor — motivating and developing your team
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed flawlessly
- Handle stock management, loss prevention, and store administration
- Step up as Acting Store Manager when required
What do you need? - Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role within retail
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire a team
