Woods and Co Recruitment is excited to be partnering with one of Melbourne’s newest family entertainment venues to find an enthusiastic Barista and All Rounder to join their team. This sensory based, construction themed indoor play space offers engaging hands on play experiences for children alongside a family focused café.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working during the day with no late nights, thrives in a lively environment and loves creating positive experiences for families. What’s in it for you?
• Daytime shifts only with no evening work.
• Consistent weekend shifts required.
• $65,000 + Super.
• Supportive management and full training provided.

What do you do?
• Prepare and serve high quality coffee and beverages.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment confidently.
• Take orders and process transactions accurately.
• Assist with basic food preparation and light kitchen duties.
• Greet families and provide warm, professional service.
• Help facilitate a welcoming, safe and clean play and café environment.
• Clear tables and support daily cleaning and organisation.
• Assist with restocking, setup, and pack down.
• Support reception and general operational duties as needed.
What do you need?
• A valid Working With Children Check is essential
• Previous barista or café experience is required
• Confident milk texturing and coffee making skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A reliable, positive, and energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Basic food handling knowledge or certificate preferred
• Ideally located near the Braeside area
